- This page accepts customer sample codes only — the code your ATC representative or OSR sent you.
- Team invite codes are separate. Those are for ATC staff and outside sales reps registering an account, and they will not work here.
- Codes can be locked to one email address, and they can expire or already be used. If verification fails, ask your ATC representative to reissue one.
- Program and sample details stay hidden until your code and email are verified.
