Create your ATC Collaborate account
Accounts give ATC staff, OSRs, and invited decorators access to the private sample feedback program. Internal access requires an invite code and admin approval.
- Decorator / customer: register with your work email. No invite code needed, and access is limited to the customer flow.
- ATC team or OSR: you need a team invite code from an ATC admin. It sets the role you are requesting.
- A team invite code is not a customer sample code. Sample codes are used on the claim page and will not work here.
- Invite codes can be locked to one email address and can expire. If yours is rejected, ask the admin who sent it to reissue.
- Internal and OSR registrations always start as pending until an ATC admin approves them.
