Help & guidance
What to do next
Short, task-based guidance for the private sample feedback portal. Program and sample details are only shown once your sample code is verified or you are signed in with an approved account.
Still stuck? Contact your ATC sales representative or OSR — they can reissue a sample code or review your account access.
- Enter your code on the claim page, using the email your invitation was sent to. Codes can be locked to one address and can expire.
- Customer sample codes are not the same as ATC team invite codes. Team invite codes only work when registering an internal account.
- Confirm your contact name, email and shipping address carefully — pieces ship to exactly what you enter, and tracking goes to that email.
- Quantity is a request. ATC reviews it against customer fit, testing plan and available inventory.
- Once you have decorated and worn or washed the sample, open the feedback survey and verify the same work email. Aim to submit within 21 days of delivery.
- Helpful photos: the finished decoration, a close-up of print or embroidery, any fit or wash issue, and packaging or damage if relevant.
- If you report a problem, an ATC representative may follow up with you directly.
- Register with the team invite code an ATC admin sent you, then sign in.
- Internal and OSR accounts start as pending. You can sign in, but tools stay locked until an ATC admin approves the request and sets your role.
- OSR accounts also need an account bucket mapped before accounts appear in the pickers.
- Waiting longer than a business day? Ask your ATC program contact to review the access queue.
